Conduct the Self-Management Workshop by DY Patil Institute of Management

MBA students from DY Patil Institute of Management invited AYUDH National Coordination Team to conduct the Self-Management Workshop in their campus and to know more about AYUDH India The focus of the event was the significance of Self- Management for true success in life. The speakers engaged the audience in comprehensive discussions, activities, and interactive sessions that provided valuable insights into various aspects of Self-Management, shared their expertise on topics such as Self-Awareness, the significance of living in the present, cultivating a positive mindset, expounding Amma's stories and videos. They delved into the idea that true success encompasses personal growth, emotional well-being, and contributing positively to society, extending beyond the realm of academic achievements. They shared practical strategies and insights for managing one's time, priorities, and emotions effectively. The session also equipped the students with essential skills and insights necessary for effective self-management in their academic and professional lives. An introduction to AYUDH, the international youth movement of Mata Amritanandamayi Math committed to empowering young individuals and an orientation to the upcoming Self-Management Internship Program was presented to the participants educating the youth on the organization's activities and main initiatives. It motivated the students to take part in significant social projects and contribute to the community development. Many of them registered with AYUDH. Attendees were encouraged to actively engage in an open forum for Questions and Answers, allowing for an insightful exchange of ideas and experiences Overall, the event served as an enriching platform for students to explore the facets of personal growth and self-improvement beyond the confines of academic achievements.
