Thoothukudi , traditionally known as the "Pearl City" due to its historical connection with Pearl fish, is a captivating coastal town located on the southeast corner of Tamil Nadu, adding a touch of maritime charm to South India. Triumphantly concluding their stimulating journey, the Cluster 1; Region 1 team, under the leadership of Brahmacharini Vagishamrita Chaitanya (National Coordinator, AYUDH India ) and Ms. Neena S Purushothaman (Program Associate), Office of Youth Empowerment at Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Amritapuri Campus , wrapped up their impactful program that spanned across Amrita Vidyalayams in Tamil Nadu & Puducherry. They received a warm welcome at the final destination, Amrita Vidyalayam, Thoothukudi. At the end of the interesting program, M Rakshana Malu of 7B reflected, "The best learning about AYUDH pillars is that we should be selfless." Abinaya V, 8A, exclaimed, "The bottle garden and Solidarity March held at Chennai are fantastic." V Shree Sabarisha, 9A, affirmed, "It is our duty to do service, it is our Dharma." Our heartfelt gratitude extends to Amma for Her abundant grace, which empowered us to successfully navigate the program across the Amrita Vidyalayams. Special thanks to Swamini Bhaktipriyamrita Prana (Correspondent), Brahmacharini Smaranamrita Chaitanya Ji (Manager), Shri. Senthil Kumar (Principal), Shri. Muthukumaresan (Administrative Officer), the dedicated staff coordinators Smt. Muthulakshmi K and Shri. Parthasarathi K, and all the incredible volunteers for their unwavering support.
