‘ABHAAR’ - a heart-warming gratitude event was organized by AYUDH Ahmedabad to mark the grand finale of the 7-month science of spirituality course. This beautiful celebration was a heartfelt expression of thanks by AYUDHians to Amma, Swami Amritaswarupananda Puri, the International President of AYUDH, Swamini Shamadamrita Prana, Brahmacharini Atmamrita ji, Ms Shital Nair, the Ashram inmates, Facilitators & Mentors, Parents, Teachers, Non-teaching staff, Amma’s devotees and all supporters & helpers who made this transformative journey possible.

As part of the Foundation Course on Sanatana Dharma, AYUDH Ahmedabad participants had the opportunity to learn IAM Youth Meditation, a powerful practice that seamlessly ties together the wisdom of Sanatana Dharma with practical spirituality. Designed specifically for youth by Amma, IAM (Integrated Amrita Meditation) is more than just a technique—it is a gift of love and guidance, empowering practitioners to stay centered amidst life's challenges.

Over the past seven months, the AYUDH Family in Ahmedabad has embarked on a profound journey through the Foundation of Sanatana Dharma Curriculum, deeply immersing themselves in the timeless teachings of Sanatana Dharma. Through insightful discussions, meaningful reflections, and a shared commitment to inner transformation, the group has grown together as a family.

Phase 4 of the Foundation Course on Sanatana Dharma in Ahmedabad took participants on a deeply transformative journey, focusing on the remarkable role a living master like Amma plays in helping us transcend limitations and realize our fullest potential. The sessions explored how a true master instills self-confidence, sharpens our decision-making, transforms weaknesses, and awakens hidden talents.

In a transformative initiative, AYUDH Ahmedabad has launched the Foundation Course on Sanatana Dharma, aimed at guiding participants through the essence of spirituality beyond traditional religious boundaries. Inspired by Amma's profound words, "Spirituality is not religion. It is the underlying principle of all religions," the course encourages AYUDHians to explore the true meaning of spirituality and actively integrate its principles into their daily lives.

A group of dedicated AYUDH members from Amrita Vidyalayam, Ahmedabad, have embarked on a profound spiritual journey by enrolling in the Foundation Course on Sanatana Dharma – ‘Science of Spirituality’. This comprehensive course aims to unravel the essence of Sanatana Dharma, a timeless philosophy that offers a roadmap to a Happy, Content, and Dharmic Life.
