AYUDH Durgapur, West Bengal celebrated Amma's 70th birthday by distributing sweets and snacks to 108 poor families in Amritakutiram, Bidhannagar. The volunteers went door to door, delivering joy to children and families. The children were especially delighted to receive the sweets on this special day. Many of the families expressed their gratitude to the AYUDH volunteers for their thoughtfulness and kindness. The event was a reminder of Amma's teachings on the importance of compassion and service to others.

AYUDHians who participated in the AYUDH ASIP Program at Durgapur decided to put Amma's words into practice.
The launch of Global seedball in Amma's Delhi ashram. AYUDH members as well as Amma's devotees participated in making seedballs.
AYUDH Self-Management Internship Program (ASIP) held in Durgapur, West Bengal with a beautiful ceremony of lighting Diyas by all the participants, signifying the spreading of knowledge and goodness. As Amma says, "If each one of us lights a small lamp, the strength of the light will multiply, and everything can be illumined.
A successful AYUDH Membership Drive was conducted in Durgapur, West Bengal, bringing together young people who are passionate about making a positive impact in their communities and in the world.
“I was really impressed with the different activities and projects done by AYUDH India. I am excited to join AYUDH Durgapur to work with the team to make a positive impact in our community.”, commented a student.
On the auspicious occasion of Amma's Birthday of our beloved Amma, Ayudh Durgapur members distributed around 500 food packets,to the patients at Sub divisional hospital Bidhannagar, Durgapur as a humble offering to our most beloved Amma.
Amma says "Hunger is the only desire that people become fully satisfied with to the point that they want no more, once they have full stomach they are satisfied"
Amma says, "Today’s youth are the pillars of tomorrow’s world. The young have the potential to make great change in the world. We should channel their energy towards a good cause."
To put these word of Amma in to practice and to commemorate the birthday of Swami Vivekananda, on National Youth Day on 12 January 2023, AYUDH Durgapur, West Bengal had conducted group discussions based on the National Youth Day Theme of the year 2023 'Viksit Yuva-Viksit Bharat'! The day was celebrated by AYUDHians with great joy and enthusiasm.

The Alumni continue to feel connected to the institution and associate a part of their identity with the institution. It was amazing to see the Alumni of Durgapur Amrita Vidyalayam enthusiastically participating in the Self-Management Workshop conducted by the coordinators from AYUDH National Coordination Committee. They thanked for the invitation and said that the AYUDH workshop brought together the like-minded students for a good cause. The students were excited to meet each other.
