Ayudh - Awaken Youth; Unite for Dharma

999 challenge finished successfully at Faridabad campus. Youth who had participated in the 999 challenge for previous 8 days, led the day’s 999 challenge by themselves. They acted both as the instructor as well as demonstrator for the 999 Challenge. All of the participants expressed the positive effects of the 999 challenge on their physical and mental health during this nine day period, and also expressed their interest to continue the Surya Namaskar and Meditation in their day to day life.

Dr Prem Nair (Group Medical Director, Amrita Hospitals), distributed the certificates to all those who participated. Dr Lekha (Principal, Nursing college), Br Mokshamrita (National Coordinator, AYUDH India) and Br Harshamrita were also present during the certificate distribution.
