This Diwali, AYUDH Ahmedabad celebrated the festival of lights with children who are battling cancer. The AYUDHians sang Amma’s Bhajan "Ek Deep Jalaye Ham Pyar Ka..." with the children, praying sincerely for them and for the world. The atmosphere was filled with love and hope as the AYUDHians distributed gifts and School kits packed with stationery and school supplies, collected as part of ‘Amritam’ project of Amrita Vidyalayam, Ahmedabad. The event was organized at the Believe Foundation, Ahmedabad who focus on supporting children affected by cancer.

Phase 2 of the Foundation Course on Sanatana Dharma - ‘The Science of Spirituality’, commenced in Ahmedabad. The AYUDHians kicked off with a Quiz to delve into the uniqueness of Sanatana Dharma, which emphasizes the presence of divinity in everything and everyone.

'Spirituality for Youth' – An Interactive Workshop with Q&A was conducted for the newly registered members of AYUDH from Nagindas Khandwala College in Mumbai

Recognizing the challenges faced by today’s youth, the workshop focused on redefining their concept of true success and purpose of life.

AYUDH Navi Mumbai marked #GitaJayanti with a day full of inspiration and learning. The event brought together young minds to explore the timeless wisdom of the Bhagavad Gita through engaging activities.

The day began with soulful sloka chanting, followed by a lively Gita Quest that included thought-provoking discussions and an exciting quiz. Participants dived deep into the teachings of the Gita, discovering its relevance in today's world. The AYUDHians also enjoyed fun, interactive games and a hands-on workshop that tied everything back to the profound lessons of the Gita.

AYUDH Mumbai Western Suburbs celebrated #GitaJayanti this year with a meaningful and enriching Gita Quest. They also planted trees as a tribute to the Gita's message of harmony with Nature.

Amma says, "#bhagavadgita is the essence of all the Vedas and its message is the for the entire humanity."

The day unfolded with serene sloka chanting, setting a reflective time for the event. Through engaging discussions, participants explored the Gita's relevance to modern life. The vibrant quiz and creative games added fun and energy to the learning process.

'Jyotirgamaya', a workshop on the practices, images, symbols and festivals of Sanatana Dharma, was conducted by the AYUDH Ahmedabad team for their juniors, aged 11 to 13, as part of the Foundation Course on Sanatana Dharma.

Serving as resource persons, the workshop preparations and presentations enhanced knowledge and confidence of AYUDH members while providing the satisfaction of sharing their knowledge with others. By sharing their insights, AYUDHians have encouraged their younger peers to embrace the timeless wisdom of Sanatana Dharma.

One of the highlights of the Foundation Course on Sanatana Dharma-Phase 3 was learning how incorporating the Pancha Maha Yagnas into our daily lives can drastically reduce stress and bring harmony to the world. These small yet meaningful actions help us stay connected to God and maintain balance in today's fast-paced modern world."

The course emphasized the importance of understanding the deeper significance of customs and rituals, helping participants move beyond blind practices and embrace rituals with awareness, right understanding and devotion.

A Journal Showcase was organized by AYUDH Ahmedabad, titled ‘Divinity in Nature’ as part of the Foundation Course on Sanatana Dharma. The event beautifully highlighted how the sacredness of Nature is deeply embedded in Indian tradition and in the teachings of Sanatana Dharma.

The handmade journals featured creative expressions like poems, drawings, paintings, thoughtful writeups and Amma's messages all focusing on how Nature reflects Divinity and fosters a sense of oneness!
