Ayudh - Awaken Youth; Unite for Dharma

What makes Sanatana Dharma so unique and profound? To explore this question, AYUDH members from Amrita Vidyalayam, Ahmedabad, participated in dynamic and engaging sessions on topics such as image worship, practices, symbols, and festivals in Sanatana Dharma. The series of interactive sessions were conducted by AYUDH Coordinators from Amritapuri as part of the ongoing Foundation Course on Sanatana Dharma, designed to make these timeless teachings engaging and relatable for the youth.

Amma says, "The numberless deities of the Hindu pantheon are all innumerable aspects of the One Self which is within us.". The youth explored the symbolism behind everyday icons and practices, understanding their relevance in modern life. Festivals, too, were presented as opportunities to bring unity, devotion, and forgiveness and inner growth into our lives, rather than just external celebrations.

Interactive games, group activities and discussions added vibrant energy, ensuring the teachings were not just understood but also enjoyed. By the end of the session, participants left inspired, ready to imbibe these values into their daily lives. It was a beautiful blend of learning, reflection, and fun, showcasing the depth and practicality of Sanatana Dharma.
