Ayudh - Awaken Youth; Unite for Dharma

AYUDH Baneshwar team enthusiastically organized their first event after the Regional Camp on the occasion of Shivaratri. They decided to learn Amma's message on Shivaratri and convey it to all their junior students.
In one respect, Shivaratri is different from other festivals, which give importance to prayer and worship as Shivaratri emphasizes sacrifice and austerity. We remind ourselves about the goal of life and examine how far we have progressed in spiritual life. If we can dedicate at least one day a year to giving God utmost importance in our lives, treating this as a sacred pledge, the resulting samskara (impressions) will certainly help to make our lives more God-oriented gradually.
AYUDHians made posters with various symbols and rituals observed during Shivaratri and explained the significance of all those to the audience.
They said they are so grateful to Amma for giving this opportunity for learning and spreading awareness to others.
