Ayudh at Chennai

Ayudh at Chennai

Chennai , the vibrant capital city of Tamil Nadu, formerly known as Madras, is a kaleidoscope of ancient temples, rich arts, natural wonders, and a bustling culinary scene. Embarking on their next inspiring journey, the team comprising Brahmacharini Vagishamrita Chaitanya, National Coordinator of AYUDH India and Ms. Neena S Purushothaman, Program Associate from the Office of Youth Empowerment at Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Amritapuri Campus , visited Amrita Vidyalayam in KK Nagar, Chennai. To accommodate the huge number of participants the event had to be split into two days. The event buzzed with captivating activities that held the students' attention and enthusiasm throughout. The post-event feedback echoed the success of the program. S Raghav of class 9A shared, "I learnt that we should be compassionate to others and we should have selflessness over selfishness." S Mirthika of class 9B emphasized, "Service to others makes us feel more compassionate and open minded & will bring us grace." None of this would have been possible without the abundant grace of Amma and the steadfast support of the management and staff of Amrita Vidyalayam, KK Nagar. Our heartfelt gratitude extends to the Correspondent of Amrita Vidyalayams TN & Puducherry - Swamini Bhaktipriyamrita Prana, Manager - Swami Vinayamritananda Puri, Principal - Smt. Subashini Haridass, Administrative Officer - Smt. Subhashini Sathish, and the dedicated Staff Coordinators - Smt. D. Deepalakshmi and Shri. R. Pandurangan.
