Ayudh - Awaken Youth; Unite for Dharma

The AYUDH India team from the Youth Empowerment Group of Amrita University recently conducted an impactful workshop titled "Education for Living and Life" at Lovely Professional University (LPU), Jalandhar, Punjab. Students from various disciplines, including MBA, Commerce, and Engineering, actively participated in the sessions, which sparked deep discussions on topics such as the role of youth in society and the true purpose of life. The workshop also included reflections on Amma's teachings and how to lead a Dharmic lifestyle.

In addition to the university event, a series of similar programs was conducted across several schools in Jalandhar and Ludhiana, where interactions focused on human values, stress management techniques, and developing mental clarity. Principals and teachers praised the initiative, expressing gratitude to AYUDH and Amrita University for motivating the students. Many emphasized the importance of organizing such sessions regularly, given the intense competition and lack of clarity faced by students today.

During their visit, the AYUDH team also connected with AYUDH members, Amma’s devotees, and their families. Programs such as IAM meditation, bhajans, and pujas were organized, with participants from all age groups—children, young adults, and the elderly—joining in.

One participant expressed heartfelt gratitude after the session, sharing, “We usually meditate, but today, the level we reached was unimaginable. I could feel the innocence of my childhood again, and that was priceless. I am truly thankful to the organizers for conducting these programs.”

For many, this was their first introduction to Amma and her teachings. Several participants voiced their desire to visit Amritapuri and receive Amma’s darshan, while others prayed for Amma to visit Jalandhar and bless the land of Punjab with her presence.
