Ayudh Jaipur Launches Seva Bharathi Community Project

Ayudh Jaipur Launches Seva Bharathi Community Project

“Now is the time to translate all the energy, enthusiasm, learning & inspiration that we derived from the AYUDH Regional Training Camp at Pune”, said the AYUDH Jaipur core members. So, they initiated a meeting of core team with most committed and robust youth who participated in the Regional Training Camp at Pune 2019 to plan AYUDH Jaipur project and events for 2020. They launched the community project at Sewa Bharti Bal Vidyalaya in Jaipur’s Mahesh Nagar neighbourhood for the slum children who are permanently residing over there. The Ayudhians will be holding skill development training and value based classes on a continuous basis for those children. Ms Vimala Kumawat who take care of the children spoke to AYUDHians about the humble beginning and the challenges that she faced to bring them up. It was highly inspiring to hear the life experience from her! She said, she is extremely happy see the AYUDHians taking up such great seva in the society! In line with Amma's, vision of self-sustenance in communities, AYUDHians have now found a way to learn and teach self-reliance to the underprivileged. This is a beneficial way for AYUDHians to learn the ropes of creating a project that will continue to function and serve communities even without particular individuals. In reaching out to work with others, they are also learning proactive teamwork and creativity over the next one year when the project will reach its completion. “It was a wonderful experience. The most amazing thing was that with the limitation of the resources, those students were so smart and intelligent. We are inspired to train them and teach them more. During the session, the children shared their dreams with us. We are sure that we could contribute our bit to fulfill their dreams. All children were so grateful to hear about AYUDH initiative and we are happy that we are getting an opportunity to serve them” said AYUDH members. The AYUDH collaboration with the local social service efforts will be fertile grounds for the blossoming of life skills in our enterprising youth.
