During Kisan Mela AYUDH Ludhiana helped the farmers in installing the farmers app which help them in knowing how to do "organic farming" and how to use urea in controlled manner. Waste water generated at urea plants contains chemicals which can lead to groundwater and surface water pollution. Students also created awareness among farmers about pollution created by use of plastic. They also convinced the farmers to plant more trees.
