Ayudh Mumbai Team Conducted Self Management Workshop
AYUDH Mumbai Team gained valuable insight into the ‘Inner Management’ when they got together for the one-day Self-Management Workshop after a long break due to pandemic. The workshop was organized by the coordinators from the National Coordination Team, Amritapuri. Dr Rajesh Nair, Professor from SIES College, Mumbai inaugurated the workshop. He appreciated the organizers and AYUDH team and stressed upon the importance of participating in good workshops which enable them to invoke the positive qualities within and to have positive practices.
Swami Avyayamritananda Puri, the Mumbai M A Math In-Charge shared his thoughts on how selfless actions make our life beautiful and said, by doing Selfless actions, in fact we are performing the Self-Care only.
The workshop saw active participation of AYUDHians in Meditation, Group Singing, Games, Interactive sessions, Presentations and hands-on activities. It was interesting to see the participants presenting the real life scenarios based on Bhagavad Gita Slokas. The certificates and prizes were distributed to the participants who took part in the virtual contests that were held during the pandemic.
“It was indeed a very inspiring workshop. It definitely helped me to boost my confidence level & I learned a lot as how to manage my mind in every situation. Also it was an opportunity for me to improve my leadership skills. Pranams and Heartfelt Thanks to both Brahmacharini Amritatmikaji & Brahmacharini Niseemaji for having such a wonderful session. I hope we will be blessed with more such workshops in future”, remarked Ms Drishya Jayaprakash from TCS (Tata Consultancy Services), Mumbai.

“ It was a very relevant workshop for the youth. Bhagavad Gita sloka activity helped me to contemplate over the same and the importance of applying it in day today life. Also understood more about the mind and emotions and how to manage them well. What I learnt is, I should try to do something good for others without thinking of my own benefit”, said Ms Sreesada P, Mumbai.
