AYUDH Pune Celebrated Amma's 70th birthday
AYUDH Pune celebrated Amma's 70th birthday by planting 70 trees as part of the ARPAN project, a special green initiative to convert barren land into a flourishing mini forest. This was a loving tribute to Amma, who has always taught us to live harmoniously with nature. Amma herself transformed her birthday into a prayer for world peace and happiness. AYUDH Pune's initiative to plant trees on Amma's birthday is a reminder of her message to save the planet. Inspired by Amma's message to save the planet, the ARPAN project started on Amma's 65th birthday and this year marked the 6th year. The Tukai Devi Mandir Premise at Baner has been chosen for the project and AYUDH Pune is committed to carrying out this initiative every year and making a difference in the environment. AYUDHians working on this project say that contributing to Mother Nature gives them immense joy and strength. They are committed to planting trees until the land becomes a mini forest. By doing so, they are helping to create a more sustainable and better world for future generations. Trees help to improve air and water quality, reduce soil erosion, provide habitats for wildlife, regulate the climate, and reduce noise pollution. Amma herself has said, "Look at the beauty of nature. Living harmoniously with nature will in itself bring happiness and contentment." They are setting up an example for the youth that if we come together will be able to transform this earth into heaven!
