IAM Meditation Training was conducted for the participants of AYUDH Self-Management Internship Program. Meditation is the effective Self-Management strategy and all ASIP participants have taken a pledge that they will integrate IAM practice to their daily routine.
Meditation is a healthy form of self-care and experts say it’s a valuable antidote to the fast pace of our technology-driven culture. The daily practice of IAM Meditation by youth will improve their focus and concentration levels. In that state of calm, meditation also helps youth to tap into their inner potential and Self-confidence. This will help them to perform better in their studies and profession and all their undertakings will be with optimism and renewed enthusiasm. This is a right time for youth to adopt IAM as they are at the peak of their mental and physical performance which is enhanced by such meditation technique. After the workshop, the participants said that they felt ready for whatever was in store for them for the upcoming days and feel so confident. We hope youth will continue practicing IAM regularly and reap the results of it in their lives.
