Ayudh - Awaken Youth; Unite for Dharma

After a successful start at Amrita Vidyalam, Tirunelveli, the Office of Youth Empowerment team, including Brahmacharini Vagishamrita Chaitanya, National Coordinator, AYUDH India and Ms. Neena S Purushothaman, Program Associate, Office of Youth Empowerment, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Amritapuri Campus visited Amrita Vidyalam, Tirupur, to introduce students to #AYUDH Tamil Nadu and its activities. Tirupur is known for the historical event where the sheep of the Pandavas were stolen by thieves and later recaptured by the Pandava forces, hence the name 'Thiruppu-oor,' meaning 'return place' in Tamil. At the end of a great day filled with fun activities and lots of learning M. Rakshana, Class 11 C, said, “Today’s program was fantastic!!! My best learning from today was how to accept situations with a positive attitude and how to understand oneself and others better.
