Ayudh - Awaken Youth; Unite for Dharma

The next stop of the team comprising Brahmacharini Vagishamrita Chaitanya (National Coordinator, AYUDH India) and Ms. Neena S Purushothaman (Program Associate), Office of Youth Empowerment, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Amritapuri Campus, was at AmritaVidyalayam , Trichy . To accommodate the huge number of participants the event had to be split into two days. Trichy was known as Tiruchirappalli written as Tiru-ssila-palli, meaning "holy-rock-town" in Tamil or Tiru-chinna-palli, meaning "holy little town". Swamini Bhaktipriyamrita Prana Ji shared insights on the positive impact and values linked with AYUDH, inspiring the children at the beginning of the session. After the program, Karthik A of 11C, said, “Today, I saw a lot of AYUDH Volunteers who were excellent in their own skills, I saw many volunteers acting very good in skits and also speaking without any hesitation.” A G Raagavselvan, 9C said, “Service to others is more important in life instead of being selfish because, enjoying is not life, if we help or serve others, it is more than worshipping lord.” We express our sincere gratitude for Amma 's abundant grace & Swamini Bhaktipriyamrita Prana (Correspondent & Manager), Smt.
