Ayudh - Awaken Youth; Unite for Dharma

A group of dedicated AYUDH members from Amrita Vidyalayam, Ahmedabad, have embarked on a profound spiritual journey by enrolling in the Foundation Course on Sanatana Dharma – ‘Science of Spirituality’. This comprehensive course aims to unravel the essence of Sanatana Dharma, a timeless philosophy that offers a roadmap to a Happy, Content, and Dharmic Life.

The participants have delved into the first phase of the course, where they are exploring the true meaning of Real Success. By contemplating the challenges of life, they are learning to overcome them through spiritual practices. The young minds are grasping the profound truth that living a life grounded in the timeless principles of Sanatana Dharma is the only way to achieve lasting happiness, regardless of the obstacles they may encounter.

As Amma, the spiritual leader of Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeeth, has said, "Happiness is a decision. We should take the firm decision that we will remain happy and courageous, regardless of the circumstances. Whether we laugh or cry, the days will pass by." A happy person is indeed a strong person.
