Ayudh - Awaken Youth; Unite for Dharma

AYUDH Mumbai celebrated Amma's Birthday by distributing 68 saplings to the public and distributing food packets to the poor families staying in slum areas at Navi Mumbai. The AYUDHians felt so blessed and very fortunate to make this humble offering to our most Beloved Mother and Master. In an Interview when Amma was asked a question - How to placate Nature's fury and restore the balance, one of the activities that Amma mentioned was, "There are many things we can do. We need to plant saplings and nurture them. We need to grow small gardens where we can". Inspired by Amma’s words, AYUDHians at Mumbai distributed saplings and requested the families to nurture it with love and care. The AYUDH members also took saplings and joined the initiative.

The food distribution to the kids at slum of Navi Mumbai was very heart touching. Due to the pandemic situation, many in the slums have not been receiving proper food. The kids were overjoyed by receiving nice food with many tasty items.

"After a long time we got together and enjoyed the seva. We are overwhelmed with joy by seeing the joy of these kids, also feel so happy and content that we could do sapling distribution on Amma’s Birthday that makes Amma happy." remarked AYUDHians at Mumbai.
