Ayudh - Awaken Youth; Unite for Dharma

The successful participation of Adarsh Vidyalaya, Tatibandh, Raipur, Chhattisgarh, in the 999 Challenge, organized by AYUDH, undertook a remarkable feat. During this challenge, the students engaged in the practice of Surya Namaskar and dedicated 9 minutes to World Peace meditation. This endeavour not only allowed the students to rejuvenate their minds and bodies but also provided an excellent opportunity for mental and physical renewal. The C20 999 Challenge, a global initiative by the Integrated Holistic Health Working Group of Civil 20, involved a regimen of 9 rounds of Surya Namaskar and a 9-minute meditation, to be diligently followed for a minimum of 9 days to successfully complete the challenge.

As Mata Amritanandamayi Devi taking the helm as the chairperson of C20 this year,

the coordination of the C20 999 Challenge project was carried out by AYUDH, the international youth movement of Mata Amritanandamayi Math, spanning across the globe.
