DAV Mukhyamantry Public School, Deori Khurd, Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh have successfully completed the exhilarating 999 Challenge, brilliantly organized by AYUDH. The students enthusiastically embraced the challenge, embracing Surya Namaskar and dedicating 9 minutes to a soothing World Peace meditation. This remarkable program provided our students with a fantastic opportunity to rejuvenate both mentally and physically, helping them find a perfect balance.

The C20 999 Challenge, a global movement driven by the Integrated Holistic Health Working group of Civil 20, involves mastering 9 rounds of Surya Namaskar and engaging in a 9-minute meditation. The commitment extends over a minimum of 9 days, making the accomplishment truly commendable. The implementation of the C20 999 Challenge project has been flawlessly coordinated by AYUDH, the international youth movement of Mata Amritanandamayi Math, touching lives worldwide.
