Ayudh - Awaken Youth; Unite for Dharma

Delhi Public School, Damanjodi, Odisha, actively participated in the inspiring 999 Challenge. The students at DAV Public School Unit VIII enthusiastically embraced this opportunity and wholeheartedly took part in the challenge.

During the interactive session that marked the beginning of the program, the students were introduced to the G20-C20 and its diverse working groups. They also learned about the wonderful benefits of incorporating yoga and meditation into our daily lives.

The happiness of the participants was evident as they expressed gratitude to the AYUDH National coordination team for organizing this incredible program under C20. The students' involvement was truly commendable.

The session commenced with a brief introduction to the advantages of yoga and meditation in our day-to-day life. The students then actively participated in the invigorating practice of Surya Namaskar, followed by a refreshing and calming meditation session.
