Throughout the duration of the 999 Challenge, students enthusiastically embraced the practice of Surya Namaskar, accompanied by 9 minutes of meditation devoted to promoting global peace.

The 999 Challenge, a worldwide initiative by the Integrated Holistic Health Working group of Civil 20, mandates the completion of 9 rounds of Surya Namaskar and active engagement in 9 minutes of World Peace Meditation for a minimum of 9 consecutive days.

This endeavour granted students a wonderful occasion to recharge and invigorate their mental and physical well-being. The C20 999 Challenge stands as a highly commendable recommendation for students, given its substantial contributions to their comprehensive health.
