Ayudh - Awaken Youth; Unite for Dharma

Delhi Public School (DPS), Bhilai, Chhattisgarh, had successfully completed the 999 Challenge, organized by AYUDH, the International Youth Movement of Mata Amritanandamayi Math. Throughout the practice of the 999 challenge, students engaged in the invigorating practice of Surya Namaskar and devoted 9 minutes to a deeply enriching World Peace meditation.

This initiative offered students a splendid avenue to unwind and rejuvenate, catering to both their mental and physical well-being. The C20 999 Challenge, a global movement initiated by the Integrated Holistic Health Working group of Civil 20, entails the completion of 9 rounds of Surya Namaskar, coupled with 9 minutes of meditative practice. Persistence in maintaining this routine for a minimum of 9 days is the key to successfully conquering the challenge.
