The C20 999 Challenge, a global endeavour by the Integrated Holistic Health Working group of Civil 20, underscores 9 rounds of Surya Namaskar and 9 minutes of Meditation practiced for at least 9 days, highlighting individual wellness and global unity. AYUDH, the International Youth Movement of Mata Amritanandamayi Math, adeptly coordinated the initiative, uniting youth worldwide.
