East Point School, Ichhapur, West Bengal have completed the 999-challenge organized by AYUDH, during 999 challenge practice, the students did Surya Namaskar and 9 minutes of World Peace meditation. The programme provided the students with a wonderful opportunity to refresh and unwind, both mentally and physically.

C20 999 challenge is a highly recommended practice for students for their physical and mental health and, consequently, to excel in their academics by improving memory, concentration, productivity and so on. 999 challenge, is a global initiative of Integrated Holistic Health Working group of Civil 20. This includes 9 rounds of Surya Namaskar, 9 minutes of World peace Meditation, which must be practiced for minimum 9 days.
