Ayudh - Awaken Youth; Unite for Dharma

Guru Nanak Public School, Cuttack, Odisha, had successfully completed the 999 Challenge organized by AYUDH. During the challenge, the students practiced Surya Namaskar and 9 minutes of World Peace meditation. This program provided a wonderful opportunity for students to refresh and unwind both mentally and physically.

The C20 999 Challenge is a global initiative of the Integrated Holistic Health Working group of Civil 20. It involves practicing 9 rounds of Surya Namaskar and 9 minutes of meditation for a minimum of 9 days to complete the challenge. The implementation of the C20 999 Challenge project has been coordinated by AYUDH, the international youth movement of Mata Amritanandamayi Math worldwide.
