Guru Nanak Public School, Howrah, West Bengal, has triumphantly accomplished the 999 Challenge orchestrated by AYUDH. Throughout the 999 Challenge regimen, students actively participated in the practice of Surya Namaskar combined with meditation dedicated to fostering global peace.

This endeavour provided students with a splendid opportunity to rejuvenate and revitalize both their mental and physical faculties. The C20 999 Challenge comes highly recommended for students, as it greatly contributes to their holistic well-being, consequently enhancing aspects such as memory, concentration, productivity, and more, all of which are pivotal for academic excellence.

The 999 Challenge, a global undertaking by the Integrated Holistic Health Working group of Civil 20, entails the practice of 9 rounds of Surya Namaskar and active participation in 9 minutes of World Peace Meditation for a minimum duration of 9 days.
