K C Public School, Berhampur, Odisha, has successfully completed the transformative 999 Challenge organized by AYUDH. During the challenge, the students actively practiced Surya Namaskar and dedicated 9 minutes to World Peace meditation. The 999 Challenge program provided our students with a wonderful opportunity to rejuvenate and find inner peace, benefiting them both mentally and physically.

The C20 999 Challenge is a global initiative led by the Integrated Holistic Health Working group of Civil 20. This initiative includes 9 rounds of Surya Namaskar and 9 minutes of meditation, which must be practiced for a minimum of 9 days to complete the challenge.

The implementation of the C20 999 Challenge project, skilfully coordinated by AYUDH, the international youth movement of Mata Amritanandamayi Math, spanning across the world. The students at K C Public School embraced this remarkable opportunity and fostering a culture of holistic health and well-being within our school community.
