Ayudh - Awaken Youth; Unite for Dharma

Krishna Public School, Durg, Chhattisgarh, embraced the endeavour of 999 Challenge with fervour, which was organized by AYUDH, the international Youth Movement of Mata Amritanandamayi Math. The students at the school wholeheartedly engaged in this enriching challenge. During the opening interactive session of the program, the students delved into insights about G20-C20, its diverse working groups, and the numerous benefits of incorporating yoga and meditation into their lives.The session emanated a sense of satisfaction and elation. The students were presented with an exceptional opportunity to partake in an activity aligned with the C20 initiative.

The session commenced with a succinct introduction to the myriad advantages of yoga and meditation in our daily routines. Subsequently, the students participated in invigorating Surya Namaskar exercises followed by a revitalizing meditation session, enriching their minds and spirits. C20 999 challenge is an initiative under Integrated Holistic Health Working group.
