Ayudh - Awaken Youth; Unite for Dharma

Students from Krishna Public School, Kamal Vihar, Raipur, Chhattisgarh, actively participated with enthusiasm, in the dynamic 999 Challenge, orchestrated by the AYUDH national team coordinators.

This insightful session, shed light on various G20-C20 working groups and their initiative and advantages of incorporating yoga and meditation into our daily routines, underscoring the academic benefits particularly relevant to the students. The students actively performed Surya Namaskar and engaged in World Peace meditation during the session, fostering a rejuvenating experience that catered to both their intellectual and physical well-being.

The 999 Challenge stands as a global endeavour by the Integrated Holistic Health Working group of Civil 20, encompassing the practice of 9 rounds of Surya Namaskar and a serene 9-minute World Peace Meditation, to be diligently followed for a minimum of 9 days.
