Ayudh - Awaken Youth; Unite for Dharma

New Vivekanand Convent School, Raigarh, chhattisgarh demonstrated an active and enthusiastic participation in the transformative 999 Challenge, thoughtfully organized by AYUDH national team coordinators. The session witnessed a robust turnout, with a significant attendance of both teachers and over 300 students from the school. 

During this enlightening session, the AYUDH national team coordinators provided valuable insights into select G20-C20 working groups and their impactful initiatives. The discourse extended to the advantages of integrating yoga and meditation into our daily lives, with a special focus on the academic benefits tailored for the students. Within this dynamic setting, the students wholeheartedly engaged in practicing Surya Namaskar and partaking in a World Peace meditation session. These practices collectively offered a space for intellectual and physical rejuvenation, fostering a sense of replenishment. 

The 999 Challenge, a globally-reaching effort, is a brainchild of the Integrated Holistic Health Working group of Civil 20. It entails the meticulous completion of 9 rounds of Surya Namaskar and a serene 9-minute World Peace Meditation, practiced steadfastly over a minimum span of 9 days.
