The Civil 20 999 Challenge is significantly changing lives in India. With India's recent acquisition of the G20 presidency, numerous projects like the 999 Challenge have been set in motion under the aegis of various Amrita working groups. Operating under the integrated holistic health working group, the 999 Challenge pushes students to step out of their comfort zones and strive for their highest potential. It features a series of activities aiming at holistic development, encompassing academic excellence, critical thinking, creativity, problem-solving, and active community involvement. The challenge demands performing nine Surya Namaskar rounds and nine minutes of meditation for world peace each day, for nine continuous days. The 999 Challenge has garnered international success and has been effectively implemented across India. The challenge is committed to fostering a sense of purpose, drive, and resilience among students, preparing them to become confident and responsible contributors to their communities.
