Ayudh - Awaken Youth; Unite for Dharma

Sharda Vidyalaya, Risali, Bhilai, Chhattisgarh, have proudly achieved success in the awe-inspiring 999 Challenge orchestrated by AYUDH, the International Youth Movement of Mata Amritanandamayi Math. Throughout the 999 challenge, participating students embraced the practice of Surya Namaskar and dedicated an enriching 9 minutes to World Peace meditation.

The C20 999 Challenge, a global endeavour spearheaded by the Integrated Holistic Health Working group of Civil 20, encompasses the mastery of 9 rounds of Surya Namaskar, coupled with a mindful 9-minute meditation. Persistence in this regimen over a minimum span of 9 days is the key to successfully accomplishing this challenge.
