Ayudh - Awaken Youth; Unite for Dharma

Shree Shankara Senior Secondary School, Birgaon, Raipur, Chhattisgarh, has successfully completed the 999 Challenge organized by AYUDH India. The C20 999 Challenge, a global effort led by the Integrated Holistic Health Working group of Civil 20, involves completing 9 rounds of Surya Namaskar and a 9-minute meditation session to be practiced for at least 9 days. This practice has the benefits of Yoga and Meditation that positively influence on the physical health, increase mental clarity, and helps to maintain emotional equilibrium of the participants.
