Throughout this challenge, students from Starling International School wholeheartedly embraced Surya Namaskar and devoted 9 minutes to meditation, fostering global harmony.

The C20 999 Challenge is highly recommended for students, as it significantly enhances key aspects such as memory retention, concentration, and productivity, contributing to their academic excellence. The 999 Challenge, a global effort by the Integrated Holistic Health Working group of Civil 20, involves 9 rounds of Surya Namaskar and 9 minutes of World Peace Meditation for at least 9 consecutive days.
