Tagore International School, Jaipur conducted the 'Safe & Brave Online' Campaign successfully. This C20 initiative represents their commitment to a safer digital future for young people. The digital landscape offers limitless possibilities but also brings potential challenges, and we aim to help youth navigate this complex digital terrain with awareness & confidence.

Through this initiative, students were guided to critical issues such as discerning fake sites, understanding the risks of interacting with online strangers, promoting a balanced digital diet, addressing gaming addiction, and discussing the physical and mental impact of screen use. Our mission is not just to make our youth tech-savvy, but also to instil a sense of digital prudence. The program included interactive sessions, quizzes, debate and Q&A.

Students pledged to protect themselves and the community from cyber threats, believing that everyone has a role to play in keeping online world safe. Pledge included reciting important cyber security steps like – I will be using strong/unique passwords while not sharing with anyone, being careful about what links I click on and what attachments I open, being mindful of what information I share online, enabling two-factor authentication whenever possible and more.

One of the most heartening outcomes has been the organic rise of peer-to-peer education. Recognizing the gravity and relevance of digital safety, older students have taken it upon themselves to guide their younger counterparts, ensuring they too navigate the online realm with a balance of enthusiasm and caution.
