Ayudh - Awaken Youth; Unite for Dharma

Techno India Group Public School, situated in Durgapur, West Bengal, has successfully achieved the 999 Challenge organized by AYUDH. Throughout the sessions of the 999 Challenge, students actively participated in Surya Namaskar exercises, combined with 9 minutes of meditation directed towards promoting global peace.

Engaging in this initiative provided the students with a wonderful opportunity to refresh their mental and physical well-being. The C20 999 Challenge is highly recommended for students, as it contributes significantly to enhancing their overall physical and mental health. This, in turn, supports their academic journey by improving memory, concentration, productivity, and other essential aspects.
