Techno India Group Public School, Situated in Garia, West Bengal, has successfully completed the 999 Challenge organized by AYUDH. Throughout the 999 Challenge sessions, students actively participated in invigorating Surya Namaskar exercises, coupled with 9 minutes of meditation aimed at fostering global peace.

This initiative provided students with a remarkable opportunity to revitalize their mental and physical well-being. The C20 999 Challenge is highly recommended for students, as it substantially contributes to enhancing both their physical and mental health. This, in turn, bolsters their academic pursuits by amplifying memory, concentration, productivity, and other essential facets.

The 999 Challenge, a global endeavor led by the Integrated Holistic Health Working group of Civil 20, involves diligently completing 9 rounds of Surya Namaskar and engaging in 9 minutes of World Peace Meditation daily for a minimum span of 9 days.
