The Techno India Group Public School, Konnagar, West Bengal - 999 Challenge

The Techno India Group Public School, Konnagar, West Bengal, had successfully finished the 999 Challenge put on by AYUDH. Students engaged in stimulating Surya Namaskar exercises and 9 minutes of meditation to promote world peace throughout the 999 Challenge sessions.

This program gave the students a wonderful chance to improve both their mental and physical health. Students are strongly encouraged to take the C20 999 Challenge since it significantly improves their physical and mental health. This in turn helps them succeed academically by improving their memory, concentration, productivity, and other crucial qualities.
