Ayudh - Awaken Youth; Unite for Dharma

Techno India Group Public School, in Siliguri, West Bengal, has successfully accomplished the 999 Challenge organized by AYUDH. Throughout the 999 Challenge sessions, students actively participated in Surya Namaskar postures, accompanied by 9 minutes of meditation aimed at promoting global peace.

Engaging in this initiative provided students with an excellent opportunity to rejuvenate their mental and physical well-being. The C20 999 Challenge is highly recommended for students, as it significantly contributes to enhancing their overall physical and mental health. This, in turn, supports their academic pursuits by improving memory, concentration, productivity, and other essential areas.
