Ayudh - Awaken Youth; Unite for Dharma

On the occasion of World Tribal Day , a Motivational and Meditation workshop was organized by Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Kerala for TRIBAL GIRLS at Jeevan Umang, a Tribal Girls Hostel managed by Sewa Bharti in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. It is the day to acknowledge the important contributions and achievements of the tribal communities around the world towards making a better world, such as environmental conservation etc.

The girls were from Bhil tribal communities and came from deep interior villages of Jhabua district, Madhya Pradesh and near by areas.

After the session, one girl commented "Today's session was very fun, knowledgeable and I got to learn so many things.. I would like to attend more such sessions in future. All the techniques taught to deal with the everyday stress, anxiety and depression were quite helpful. I felt really good and peaceful. I am feeling confident that I can face the challenges of life."
