Ayudh - Awaken Youth; Unite for Dharma

DAV Public School, Unit 8, Bhubaneswar, Odisha recently participated with great enthusiasm in the esteemed 999 Challenge, organized by the AYUDH national coordinators. It was heartening to witness the active involvement of both, dedicated teachers, and enthusiastic students.

During the session, students wholeheartedly embraced the practices of Surya Namaskar and World Peace meditation. These enriching activities offered them a moment of rejuvenation, promoting intellectual and physical well-being. The 999 Challenge has become a global initiative of the Integrated Holistic Health Working group of Civil 20. The challenge entails practicing 9 rounds of Surya Namaskar and 9 minutes of World Peace Meditation for a minimum of 9 days.

The teachers who participated had mentioned that they feel proud to be a part of this transformative journey towards holistic health and well-being. The 999 Challenge has left a profound impact on the school community, encouraging them to prioritize mindfulness and unity.
