Ayudh - Awaken Youth; Unite for Dharma

Guidance English Medium School, Bhubaneswar, Odisha have successfully completed the transformative 999 Challenge organized by AYUDH. During this empowering challenge, the students actively engaged in the practice of Surya Namaskar and 9 minutes of World Peace meditation.

This remarkable program provided our students with a fantastic opportunity to refresh and rejuvenate, benefiting them both mentally and physically. The C20 999 Challenge is a global initiative of the Integrated Holistic Health Working group of Civil 20. It entails practicing 9 rounds of Surya Namaskar and 9 minutes of meditation for a minimum of 9 days to complete the challenge.

The implementation of the C20 999 Challenge project has been skilfully coordinated by AYUDH, the international youth movement of Mata Amritanandamayi Math, all over the world.
