Birla High School Mukundapur, Kolkata, West Bengal Successfully Completed the C20 999 Challenge. The accomplishment of Birla High School Mukundapur in the C20 999 Challenge highlights its commitment to holistic development through the Integrated Holistic Health Working group of Civil 20. Participants engaged in the challenge by practicing 9 rounds of Surya Namaskar and 9 minutes of meditation daily for a minimum of 9 days. The physical and mental benefits of this endeavour were evident, fostering unity and well-being among participants while exemplifying the school's dedication to comprehensive growth.
