Ayudh - Awaken Youth; Unite for Dharma

Blooming Buds School, Hooghly, West Bengal, has successfully completed the C20 999 Challenge as part of the Integrated Holistic Health Working group. Through this challenge, the students embraced a journey of holistic well-being and unity. With unwavering enthusiasm, they practiced 9 rounds of invigorating Surya Namaskar and dedicated 9 minutes to serene meditation daily, for a minimum of 9 days.

The benefits were immense – fostering physical fitness, mental clarity, and a sense of unity transcending borders. This achievement underscores our commitment to nurturing not only academic excellence but also the overall growth of our students.
