Lakshmipat Singhania Academy, Kolkata, West Bengal, proudly celebrates the completion of the 999 Challenge organized by AYUDH. Students actively participated in Surya Namaskar and dedicated 9 minutes to World Peace meditation, fostering both mental and physical well-being. The C20 999 Challenge, a global initiative by the Integrated Holistic Health Working group of Civil 20, emphasizes 9 rounds of Surya Namaskar and 9 minutes of Meditation for at least 9 days, promoting individual wellness and global unity. AYUDH, the Global youth movement of Mata Amritanandamayi Math skilfully coordinated the project, uniting youth worldwide. Lakshmipat Singhania Academy's achievement showcases its commitment to holistic growth, aligning with its ethos of nurturing students' all-around development.
