Throughout the duration of the 999 Challenge, the students of Saini International School enthusiastically embraced the practice of Surya Namaskar, coupled with 9 minutes of dedicated meditation aimed at fostering global peace.

This endeavour provided the students with a distinctive platform to rejuvenate and invigorate their mental and physical well-being. The C20 999 Challenge stands as a highly recommended endeavour for students, as it significantly contributes to their comprehensive health, consequently enhancing vital aspects such as memory retention, concentration, productivity, and more. The 999 Challenge, a global undertaking led by the Integrated Holistic Health Working group of Civil 20, involves completing 9 rounds of Surya Namaskar and actively engaging in 9 minutes of World Peace Meditation for a minimum period of 9 consecutive days.
