Ayudh - Awaken Youth; Unite for Dharma

Bhilai Nair Samajam School, Bhilai, Chhattisgarh, has been successfully completed the 999 Challenge organized by AYUDH, as part of the Civil 20. The students actively participated in Surya Namaskar sessions and dedicated 9 minutes to engaging in World Peace meditation. The C20 999 Challenge, a worldwide endeavour initiated by the Integrated Holistic Health Working Group of Civil 20, comprises a practice routine of 9 rounds of Surya Namaskar and a 9-minute meditation, to be diligently pursued for a minimum of 9 days to meet the challenge's requirements.

The orchestration of the C20 999 Challenge project was efficiently managed by AYUDH, the international youth movement of Mata Amritanandamayi Math, spanning across the globe.
