Ayudh - Awaken Youth; Unite for Dharma

Students from Krishna Public School, Sarona, Raipur, Chhattisgarh, actively participated in the dynamic 999 Challenge, organized by AYUDH India. The session drew a captive audience, with more than 300 students and teachers present.

During this insightful session, the coordinators shed light on various G20-C20 working groups and their initiatives. They also emphasized the manifold advantages of incorporating yoga and meditation into our daily routines, underscoring the academic benefits particularly relevant to the students. The students actively performed Surya Namaskar and engaged in World Peace meditation during the session, fostering a rejuvenating experience that catered to both their intellectual and physical well-being.

The 999 Challenge stands as a global endeavour by the Integrated Holistic Health Working group of Civil 20, encompassing the practice of 9 rounds of Surya Namaskar and a serene 9-minute World Peace Meditation, to be diligently followed for a minimum of 9 days.
